This space is held by Campus Kitchen’s Open Food Lab during the following hours weekly and Hagfors 108:
Monday: 4pm-6pm
Thursday: 7pm-9pm
Friday: 2:30pm-5:30pm
Here there is a variety of ingredients, from seasoning to produce to butter, and materials, from pots&pans to spoons to stove-tops.
During the hours this space is open to everyone within and outside of Augsburg to utilize to cook or prep their own meals! Please come by to use the space or see for yourself what’s available during our hours.
