Dear Colleagues: The “discussion forum” part of this website has been comatose for more than three years. (Many of you have probably never even been there!) Given my academic discipline, I think this is unfortunate and that the discussion forum is a place to (potentially) have some deeper and more civil conversations about a variety of issues. With that goal in mind, I have posted opening comments on two new topics: one related to the campus climate, the other related to “structures” and “marginalization.” If you are interested, please hit the “discussion forums” menu item (it’s in the “Community” section just below “university reports”) and become part of the conversation!
