The Augsburg Copy Center now has the machinery and supplies to make plastic coil (spiral) bound books in addition to our comb bound books!
Coil Binding tends to be a little bit more sturdy and will last longer, as well coil bound books can be fully folded over where that cannot be done on comb bound books. Coil binding is a little bit more of a permanent solution, it cannot be re-opened to add/remove pages after the binding is complete without using a new coil like you could with comb bound.
Pricing will be the same as we charge for Comb Binding (all prices are always subject to change). A coil binding will be $1.00 or $1.25 with a clear plastic cover and black plastic back cover (printer/paper costs no included).
