2022 W-2 forms will be mailed by January 31st, 2022. Please allow 7-10 days for postal delivery before requesting a replacement copy.
Please note, due to the processing deadlines for the W-2, we will not be able to change the address on file for your W-2 as of 1/20/2023. Please allow 7-10 days for postal delivery before requesting a replacement copy.

You may also walk-in to the Human Resources department and request a copy in person with a valid photo ID. Walk-in hours during February are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, or by appointment.
