What if you could conquer fatigue and hit the ‘reset’ for more energy? How might your day – even your life – look different?
Our first wellbeing challenge is called FATIGUE FIGHTERS and will focus on the culprits that zap energy, along with some new and even geeky tips to help you feel great and experience your most energized self!
All students, staff, and faculty are welcome to participate.
