We LOVE Our Middle School Debate Judges (Especially on Valentine’s Day)!
The Minnesota Urban Debate League is a program of Augsburg University which provides academic competitive debate programming to middle and high school students in the Twin Cities Metro. We are currently in the middle of our Middle School Debate season!
This year, one of our middle school debate tournaments happens to fall on Valentine’s Day. Why not bring a date to do some good, with plenty of time for your dinner reservation afterward? Or if you’re single, why not mingle with some debate folks? Volunteers on this day will get an exclusive MNUDL valentine & goodie bag! Seriously, we do need judges and we would if you could help. No experience? No problem. We train judges at every tournament. Judges watch students debate, provide constructive verbal and written feedback, and choose the winner of the debate.
