The Facility department is in the process of working with IT and Marketing to transition to an upgraded software system for the Facility Requests. The new system has been migrated over for the Resident Hall students and we are working on getting the Faculty and Staff transitioned over. All previous work order requests will transition to the new system and will be completed while we transition over. If you have any questions feel free to email Jim Orchard (orchard@augsburg.edu)
