We have an internal job posting for an Assistant Director of User Support. Manage the user support aspects of the IT organization in collaboration with other members of the IT leadership team. Participate in planning/budgeting, service and infrastructure oversight, project implementation and administration. Lead IT user support staff to improve IT literacy and to support effective & appropriate use of IT resources for academic and administrative work and participation in the life of the institution.
