HR or Payroll Forms
Please submit any change forms you may have for your benefits to HR by noon Today, June 25th to be processed on the July 2nd pay date. This includes routine forms for HSA, retirement, direct deposit and tax withholding changes. Email payroll@augsburg.edu if you have questions or need assistance.
Time Sheets
Please submit your timesheet by the end of the day Friday, June 25th so your supervisor has time to approve it by the Monday noon deadline.
