Spend your spring semester in Northern Ireland!

This semester-long program is an investigation of a society’s transition from violent conflict to sustainable democracy, a transition that continues to be a fragile and difficult process. On this semester program you will complete an internship – a stellar addition to your resume for post-college job hunting! – in a setting that focuses on one or more of the key themes: Diversity and Inclusion; Equality and Social Justice; Democracy and Active Participation; Human Rights and Social Responsibility.

In addition to your unique internship, you will:

Complete a full 16 credits of Augsburg University credit

Travel the country on included excursions embedded in the semester

Live at Ulster University’s Magee Campus, alongside other international and Irish students

Enjoy the charming city of Derry-Londonderry, an historic and vibrant city in the north west Northern Ireland

Receive an automatic cgee travel grant of $1,500 off your tuition

Receive free airfare (spring 2023 program only)

Complete your Augsburg Experience requirement
