“We Are Riverside” Cultural Workshops at Brian Coyle Center: Somali, Oromo and Native American
Join Pillsbury United Communities at the Brian Coyle Center for their “We Are Riverside” series of cultural immersion workshops planned in partnership with neighborhood organizations and businesses. These events uplift the cultures of Cedar-Riverside to build bridges of understanding across our community.
Workshops are four hours on Saturday afternoons leading up to the Cedar-Riverside Multicultural Dinner on Thursday, September 21st–mark your calendars, this is a much-loved community gathering with great food from restaurants across the neighborhood, performances from different cultural groups, translators to help neighbors connect across language barriers and a bunch of other fun stuff!
You can register for the workshops using the links below. There is a suggested donation of $25 dollars, but you do not have to pay to register or attend–all are welcome!
