The summer program Innovation & Resistance: Photography and History in Paris and Berlin is a unique, short-term study abroad opportunity, open to all Auggies!
Earn 8 credits and your Augsburg experience in just a few weeks, while exploring two of the greatest European cities — Paris and Berlin – through the prism of history and photography. Visit museums, meet with speakers from across different industries, and so much more!

This is a 2-class program, and you’ll earn 8 credits, as well as Augsburg Experience. You’ll choose one History and one Photography course:
• HIS 195 – Topics in European History, fulfills Humanities liberal arts foundation requirement, OR
• HIS 390 – Topics in European History,
​and
• ART 133 – Introduction to Digital Photography, fulfills Fine Arts liberal arts foundation requirement, OR
• ART 333 – Advanced Digital Photography
