Science and Cooking Food Lab Survey

This study is being conducted by Nikki Lee, Emily Vang, and PangDao Xiong, marketing students at Augsburg University. The purpose of this study is to find out what students want to learn from food and their experience with the science of food lab. This information will be used to find data. It will determine what will interest students to learn that relates to food and will also be used in a presentation in a marketing research class at Augsburg University. If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete the attached survey (or participate in a focus group). We want to leave students with knowledge and experience where they can use it in different ways beyond the course. The goal is to make the class engaging for students who are taking the class to fulfill credits and for students who are interested in the class content.
