You are invited to participate in a study of the Science Food Lab. You were selected as a possible participant because you have either taken this course or have not yet taken this course.

Please read this form and ask any questions you may have before agreeing to participate in this study. This study is being conducted by Nikki Lee, Emily Vang, and PangDao Xiong, marketing students at Augsburg University. The purpose of this study is to find out what students want to learn from food. This information will be used to find data. It will determine what will interest students to learn that relates to food and will also be used in a presentation in a marketing research class at Augsburg University.
