Please use the 720 22nd Ave South, Minneapolis, MN 55454 address for all package deliveries. This gives the delivery drivers the best chance of delivering to Shipping/Receiving instead of around campus. Please stop using the old 731 21st Ave address as it is not marked on any of the buildings and seems to be the one that gives the most drivers trouble.
Missing packages:
If it has been more than a business day since the shipping company sent you a delivered email and you have not received an email from Augsburg Shipping/Receiving or QTrak letting you know you have a package to pick up please email the tracking number to mailship@augsburg.edu. Each box of a shipment has its own tracking number even if it is part of the same order so the shippers can track them when they get separated. We are not able to look up anything by order number as that is not usually put on the outside of the package, only the tracking numbers. In general, we do process everything received before 2:30pm the same day. When we have over 150 packages in one day we may have to catch up the next day.
Found Packages:
With everything we try to make Shipping/Receiving easier for the delivery drivers to find the campus can still be an overwhelming and confusing place to try and find one spot on. The delivery drivers and given very tight timelines and docked points if they take too long at any one stop so not everyone takes the time to deliver to the correct spot. If you do find a package delivered to random place on campus please bring it to Shipping/Receiving or let us know where it is so we can pick it up, email mailship@augsburg.edu. For the campus departments I will stop by on the mail run and pick up any packages you tell us are there and get them to the correct person. You can also give them to the student workers making package deliveries if their carts are not too full.
