Internationally prominent Jane Austen scholar (and Augsburg alum) Devoney Looser will give a scintillating presentation on Austen Tuesday February 5th at seven PM in Hagfors 150. Professor Looser, Foundation Professor of English at Arizona State University, is the author of The Making of Jane Austen, a Guggenheim Fellow, and a National Endowment for the Humanities Public Scholar. She will be available for conversation and a book signing after the lecture. Refreshments will be served. This event is sponsored by the Augsburg English Department.
