The Center for Wellness & Counseling is closed for the summer, but there are a number of
mental health resources still available to Augsburg students. CWC wishes everyone a summer
of rest and renewal, but we encourage you to reach out for support if and when you need it!
1) 24/7 phone support is available all summer long through ProtoCall (just call CWC at 612-
330-1707 and choose Option 1)
2) Free, confidential short-term online counseling is available at Walk In Counseling Center
(https://walkin.org/)
3) Sexual assault support is available 24/7 through the Aurora Center at the U of M (612-
626-9111) (https://aurora.umn.edu/)
4) Self-help resources are available on the CWC website (coping with depression, coping
with anxiety, healing from racial trauma, and more) (https://www.augsburg.edu/cwc/)
5) Student Support Guide (on the CWC and Student Affairs website) has resources to help
you connect on and off-campus for academic needs, mental health needs, physical

Are you an Augsburg student who started at Augsburg between Fall 2018 and Fall 2020? Share your pandemic experiences!
Augsburg undergraduate students are invited to participate in a student-led research study (IRB# 2022-26-03) where you’ll talk about your curricular and co-curricular experiences over the last few years. If you participate, you’ll be asked to complete a 30-90 minute interview and you will be compensated with a $15 Target gift card. The Christensen Center for Vocation is so excited to announce that the application to attend The Threshold Book Envisioning event is live!
The Threshold: Book Envisioning Event
When: November 4-6, 2022
What: A gathering of young adults to begin to identify our deepest held concerns, hopes, and dreams for God’s church and distill them down into key themes we want the church to know as it moves from the present moment, into the future.
Participants’ lodging and food expenses will be covered. Travel expenses, including airfare or mileage, will be reimbursed to the participant after the gathering in the form of a check.
