In case you missed it, Human Resources is happy to announce we will be going live with a new Application Tracking System (ATS) on August 1st called SmartRecruiters! This modern and intuitive system will replace Hirezon/Interview Exchange. We are looking forward to the many new features that will improve the experiences of candidates and hiring teams!
What is SmartRecruiters?
SmartRecruiters is an ATS that starts from the moment you apply to a job all the way through to a candidate hire. It is a sleek, new, state of the art tool that will:
-Enhance candidate experience
-Increase recruiter productivity
-Improve hiring manager engagement
-Centralize the hiring process and collaboration
-Engage with employees for internal mobility and referrals
What can I expect over the next month?
You can expect our Human Resources team to be working hard to configure this system to fit Augsburg’s needs and hiring goals. SmartRecruiters Hiring Manager and Student Employee Supervisor training will begin in July and will be conducted through live webinars.
Key Dates (tentative)
July 1: Last day to post student employment positions to Hirezon
July 15: Last day to post faculty/staff positions to Hirezon
July 18: Publish student jobs on SmartRecruiters student portal
August 1: Publish Faculty and Staff positions on SmartRecruiters
The Human Resources team has already benefited from reviewing existing processes and re-imagining them in SmartRecruiters and looks forward to improving the hiring process for everyone involved as we collaborate to bring talent to Augsburg.
