HR: Website Organization and Saved Forms

We’ve reorganized content on the HR website in an effort to improve clarity and make important tools easier to find.

Forms, policies, staff performance reviews, and payroll information can be found in the “Employee Toolkit”.

IT and HR are working closely together to build data-driven secure forms and approval workflows, reducing the risk of clerical errors, increasing data security, and improving the experience of employees and supervisors. In our ongoing efforts to streamline and go paperless many of our paper and electronic forms are being converted into Webdocs Forms which allows the forms to be saved directly to the employee’s electronic personnel records. If you receive emails from “Augsburg Online Forms” (onlineforms@augsburg.edu) they are being generated by these Webdocs Forms approval paths.

We are in the process of creating and posting new content, especially with the upcoming rollout of SmartRecruiters. The HR team looks forward to providing the most important information and tools for Augsburg employees in one central location!
