Join URGO in welcoming Bridget Lavish as our new Health Professions Specialist. Bridget will be defending her thesis next week and will earn a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance from Oklahoma State University, where she also holds a Master’s in Public Health and Master’s in Mass Communications. Bridget joins us after many years at Oklahoma State, where she was an academic success coach and an instructor in Public Health and Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies. In addition to her time in academia, Bridget spent ten years in publishing and editing and will be a valuable resource for students applying to the health professions schools. We are excited to have her! Her office is Hagfors 101D. Please stop by and greet her.
