Zoe Barany ‘23, Environmental Studies, was named a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant to the Czech Republic for the 2023-2024 academic year. Zoe has served as Augsburg’s Environmental Stewardship Coordinator for several years, and is currently a Teaching Assistant for the Environmental Sustainability Living Learning Community. Zoe was a Sabo Scholar and has won numerous leadership awards. Last summer, Zoe conducted research at the University of Minnesota, and this summer will be a Conservation Scholar at Yale University.
Upon returning from Fulbright, Zoe plans to obtain a Master in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy. Congratulations, Zoe!
