The steam shut down to repair the steam valves this week went very well and was successful. Unfortunately when the steam was turned back on another leak was identified in the Foss building. The good news is that we are able to wait until after the students are gone to do the next shut down. We have scheduled this repair with our mechanical contractor and Cordia, our steam supplier, for Monday morning at 7 a.m. The shut down is anticipated to be from 4 to 6 hours to make the repair. This will affect the heat and hot water in all campus buildings except for OGC, Luther, and Hagfors Center.
