Seeking students to participate in a research study investigating the impact of a single virtual exercise session perceived levels of stress. Participants will be asked to complete two short online sessions, lasting 30-60 minutes, and answer surveys related to their mental state. Compensation of a $10 gift card will be provided along with entry into a drawing for a $100 gift card.
