Does Food Affect My Brain and Mental Health?

Hello, my name is Innocent Nsengiyumva and I am currently in the Augsburg PA program. I am conducting a research project about food and mental health and you are invited to participate. If you participate, you will receive a free recipe book and enter a drawing for a chance to win $10. Please read this entire e-mail before completing the survey. If you agree to be in this study, I will ask you to click on the link below and complete a 12-item survey about how food affects your brain and mental health. It should take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. The records of this study will be kept confidential and disseminated in a final paper presented to Augsburg University Physician Assistant Department. Results will be published in a professional journal and presented in a poster presentation. In any publication or conference presentation, all information will be kept private and you are free to skip any question throughout.

Hello, my name is Clark Furlong, and I am doing some original research through Augsburg University about current student’s perception of cannabis as an opiate alternative. If you could take this 7-question survey it would aid in better understanding the current state of public cannabis perception. To participate you need to be an adult (18+) living in the United States. The survey should take approximately 1-5 minutes.
