New Student Position: Student: IT TechDesk Assistant, Academic Year 2024-25

– Assist students with technology questions in person, over the phone, via email and chat

– Assist Faculty/Staff with technology need in the classrooms
– Ensure AugNet security by strictly managing confidential student account information
– Notify Manager of Help Desk Operations of mission ­critical/emergency situations
– Perform other tasks related to the operation of the TechDesk or IT department, as assign by the Manager of Help Desk Operations
