Please plan ahead for the Friday, July 5th pay date as the Accounting/Payroll office will be closed on Thursday July 4th and Friday July 5th.
The deadline for payroll hour submission is 2pm on Monday July 1st, you will be locked out of the system after this point and any hours submitted after this time may not be paid until the next payroll pay date. It is important that hours are logged daily as your work them. This allows for greater accuracy in reporting, helps identify an issues sooner and it guarantees any hours entered will be paid regardless of access and/or illness related issues/delays.
Managers please make sure all time is approved by 10am on Tuesday July 2nd.
