RADIAS HEALTH is a non-profit agency that provides mental health services to adults in the Twin Cities and surrounding metro. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Mental Health Counselors to be a part of our Residential Support Services (RSS) program serving adults with mental illness/substance use disorder.
We have 14 group homes located throughout the Twin Cities Metro with multiple shift options and flexibility. You do not need experience or a degree as we will provide on the job training. The pay rate is $16.68 – $19.86 per hour and we offer great benefits including, tuition reimbursement, student loan assistance, 4 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holiday, flexible work schedule and much more!
