Late Thursday afternoon (May 18, 2023) the motor for the Memorial elevator burnt out rendering the elevator inoperable. Our elevator repair vendor has been out to look at the elevator and they have ordered a replacement motor, but there is currently no timeline for when the repairs will be completed.
In the meantime, the 2nd floor of Memorial is accessible via the Anderson Music Hall skyway (accessible from the Anderson Music Hall elevator). The 3rd floor will only be accessible via the stairs in Memorial until the elevator is repaired – please plan accordingly. If you need to move meetings to a more accessible space, please contact University Events for assistance in finding accessible rooms and reserving the space(s).

In order for MarComm to plan for the summer and the beginning of school, please submit design requests by June 21 for projects with deadlines on or before September 8, 2023. Project requests received after June 21 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted due to the volume of summer requests.
Requests for website updates and digital screens may continue to be submitted as normal throughout the summer. Design projects due later than September 8 may be submitted at any time.
Projects can be submitted to the project management system, Lytho. Guides on how to use Lytho can be found on the marketing and communication webpage at https://sites.augsburg.edu/marketing/style_guidelines/.
Questions can be directed to Douachee Lee (firstname.lastname@example.org).
