Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, located at 2315 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55404 is seeking a nursery minister to provide care and faith formation for our littlest members of the body of Christ. Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church is a dynamic and growing faith community rooted in the Phillips neighborhood in South Minneapolis. Since 1869, this congregation has been intentionally connecting the depth of our Christian faith to the joys and challenges of contemporary life. The nursery minister works with adult and youth volunteers to provide dependable, safe, and nurturing care to infants and children 6 years and younger on Sunday mornings and occasional Wednesday evenings from September – May. The nursery minister reports to the lead pastor and collaborates with the MCFF (Ministry of Community and Faith Formation) Table.
Staff nursery from 8:30 – 12:30 on Sundays from September – May. Oversee nursery faith formation time from 9-10am (for ages 0-3), and be available in the nursery during worship from 10:30am – 12pm for kids ages 0-6 until all children are reunited with their caregivers.
