Tree Removal on 21st Ave S and 7th St on Monday, August 21

Davey Tree Service is scheduled to remove a dead tree located on 21st Ave S next to the Hagsfor roundabout next Monday, August 21st at 8:30am. Barricades will be installed to block off the street until the service is complete. There will be no parking past the Anderson crosswalk beginning Monday morning. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Facilities Management or the Department of Public Safety.

2023 Back-to-School Workshop Schedule Preview

The Office of Faculty Development’s Center for Teaching and Learning is pleased to welcome faculty and staff to the 2023-24 year with our annual Back to School Workshop, Wednesday, August 23 and Thursday, August 24, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm daily. This year’s program theme is “Cultivating Community, Belonging, and Excellence.” A variety of workshop topics and formats facilitated by our teaching community will provide time to inquire, collaborate, and connect. A preview schedule is now available below. We look forward to seeing you there!

Vikings Pre-Season Tickets Saturday 8/19 vs Titans

Due to back to college family travel I am selling two tickets to the Vikings pre-season game against the Tennesee Titans on Saturday, August 19th at 7 pm. Tickets are $25 each and located in the end zone on the main level. Section 119, Row 38, Seats 3 and 4.
