The Schwartz School of the Arts seeks to hire one student employee to serve as an Event and Promotional Support Assistant. This position is for the 2024-2025 academic year at 10 hours/week.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
– On-site event support, including: setup, tear down, registration, wayfinding, etc.
– Assist with event development, including: scheduling, logistics, resources, etc.
– Communication with event partners and collaborating entities
– Copywriting and creation of promotional strategy
– Implementation of social media strategy
– Occasional dip into the graphic design process
