Davey Tree Service is scheduled to complete the removal of the cottonwood tree behind Hagsfor this Saturday, September 28th. Lot G will be closed to allow Davey Tree Services to work. Contact Facilities or Public Safety with any questions or concerns.

Students, staff, and faculty interested in learning more about the upcoming Fall 2025 River Semester are invited to attend an information session on Tuesday, Oct. 15th, from 5:00 – 7:00pm in Oren Gateway Center 100. We will share details of the 100-day expedition down the river, opportunities for faculty and staff guests, discuss course details and research projects, and answer questions about this unique opportunity for experiential education along this iconic waterway. Applications for students are now being accepted with an priority deadline for admission by December 15, 2024.

The Minnesota Association of Private College Students (MAPCS) is a group of civic-minded college students who together represent the public policy and social issues of the students from the 18 member colleges and universities of the Minnesota Private College Council. MAPCS works on advocating for public policy efforts like the Minnesota State Grant at the state capitol.
As part of MAPCS, you will attend monthly meetings and:
– Influence lawmakers
– Engage in digital activism
– Network with local leaders and professionals
– Gain leadership experience
– Explore careers in public policy, law, and politics

The microwave in the Minnesota Urban Debate League’s office no longer works. Before we purchase a new one, we want to see if anyone has an operating microwave they no longer need.
