We’re seeking people with competitive debate experience to serve as Community Coaches and judges for our MSHSL Debate program this fall. It focuses on the Policy Debate format. You’ll earn $3,000 and get the chance to help youth succeed in debate.

Hi, my name is Zander DiPaola I am a junior who lives in Mortensen Hall and I am looking for a student to be a backup PCA basically to explain the job I have a PCA that sometimes needs days off and they would tell me when they need the day off and I would ask you to come on that day and then we would schedule a time on that day and you would come to help me with a couple of tasks such as refilling water bottles and ice and making my bed you would be paid $13 an hour however you are never there for more than an hour or so it becomes $13 a visit. My name is Rin Heise and I’m new to Augsburg via the TRIO SSS office! I’m interested in finding a few folks on campus who may be interested in pet-sitting my two ferrets, Pip and Pop, sometime in the future. They are four-year-old females who are very sweet and curious. Past pet-sitters can attest that they are fun and relatively easy to care for. We are located in St. Paul, but I may be willing to let them stay elsewhere if the environment is the right fit. The ideal pet-sitting candidates will have prior experience with ferrets, but experience with pet-sitting and animal care is ok too.

My roommate is moving and selling her full size mattress. She used to work at Slumberland, so she bought this high quality mattress at a deep discount and only used it for a short time. Hello! I’m Marisa Benasutti, the Campus Kitchen gal on campus! I also co-own and co-manage a small organic veggie farm. We sell “Cocktail Shares” which is a box of drinks that we make with fresh herbs, flowers and produce from the farm. Each box contains 3 drinks that each make 2 cocktails/mocktails. We still have a few shares available for the season!

Here’s some more details: At Moshky Farm, we think plants should be experienced in all possible ways using all our senses. While CSA boxes are focused on food and cooking, we also love to experience the farm in a glass. Cocktail shares will be offered once per month June-Oct for a total of 5 boxes. Each box contains 3 cocktail (or mocktail) bases which each make 2 cocktails. Each box will include everything you need except the booze. You’ll receive recipes, mixology tips, and other tidbits for each drink.
Mother nature is ultimately the boss of the final calendar. Boxes are expected to begin the end of June and we will follow-up with a calendar of monthly pick-up dates closer to June.
*BYOB- everything you need is included except the booze.
Here’s an idea of what might go in each box:
+ Cocktail bases (just add booze! Or add another included mixer for a mocktail)
+ Fresh herb for muddling & garnishes
+ Dehydrated fruit/vegetable garnish
+ finishers such as tonic, soda water, lemon
+ Moshky grown herbal tea blend

The Augsburg PA program is seeking people who can become pregnant who are interested in being a genitourinary (GU) simulated patient/model for our Physician Assistant students. The model/patient will provide students with the opportunity to examine reproductive anatomy and learn to perform a thorough and patient-centered pelvic and speculum exam.
GU simulated patients need to have an intact uterus, cervix, and ovaries (no history of hysterectomy). Reimbursement is $65 per pelvic exam, with an average of 6-7 exams per session. The lab day will be 4/9/24 from 1-4.
Because this is a hands-on and sensitive topic, patients must be comfortable with a full pelvic and speculum exam. Prior exam experience is preferred. Any questions or concerns can be directed to paprog@augsburg.edu.

Hello everyone. Some of you here might already know about this, but my family at home is going through some struggle right now. My mom was injured and unable to work. The county has denied her unemployment and disability request due to the nature of her work. This means she won’t receive government benefits AND can’t receive income from her job.
All funds will go to paying her rent, providing for my two younger siblings at home(and 2 dogs) and to help her recover during this period where she is unable to work. Please share if you can’t donate to get the word out.

The PA Program is looking for some simulated patients for our PA students to have clinical practice in class with.
You would get scenarios ahead of time and just need to follow along in the visit. Each ‘patient’ will be interacting with 3-4 groups of 3-4 students at a time with some break time in between.
Our Spring dates/topics are as follows:
Tuesday 2/6/24 from 1-4, HEENT Day
Thursday 2/8/24 from 8:30 – 12:30, Mental Health Day
Tuesday 3/26/24 from 1-4, Ortho Day
