Vikings Charity Softball Tickets Thursday May 28

Due to conflict with the timing of my nephews HS graduation, I have 4 tickets to the 2026 Thielen Foundation MN Vikings Charity Softball game. It’s this Thursday, May 28th. Gates open at 4:30 pm, Home Run Derby at 6 pm and the Celebrity Softball game starts at 7 pm.

Paid Acting Opportunity as Standardized Patient for the PsyD Program

Job Description:
Standardized Patient

Job Overview:
We are seeking 2-3 actors to perform as standardized patients for the Augsburg Doctoral Psychology Program. Standardized patients will act as children and adolescents participating in a psychological evaluation to support student learning. Standardized patients will have scripts, but some improvisation may also be required.

Details:
Selected actors will participate in a one-hour training with Dr. Frank. During that time, actors will receive character descriptions, scripts, and additional guidance on the standardized patient role. Following the one-hour training, multiple opportunities will be available for actors to participate in 1–2-hour training event activities with psychology students on Augsburg campus.

Pay: This job will pay $30 per hour.

Schedule: The in-person training session is tentatively scheduled for Friday, April 10th, 2026, from 4-5PM. Event dates are tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 13th 4-6PM; Monday and April 20th 4-6PM. Additional dates and times may be added based on student need and actor availability.

Paid SIM Patient Opportunity for the PA Program

The Augsburg PA program is seeking people who are interested in being a genitourinary (GU) simulated patient for our Physician Associate students. The patient will provide students with the opportunity to examine reproductive anatomy and learn to perform a thorough and patient-centered pelvic and speculum exam.

GU simulated patients need to have an intact uterus, cervix, and ovaries (no history of hysterectomy). Reimbursement is $65 per pelvic exam, with an average of 6-7 exams per session. The lab day will be 4/9/26 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Meet with employees for facility orientations, fitness consultations for members and program design.
•Monitor, engage and instruct participants in the Wellness Center on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment within the facility.
•Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
•Instruct group exercise classes and maintain a client base for personal training.
•The daily schedule would include closing a minimum of two nights a week (6:00pm) and opening (6:00am) once a week & rotating Fridays open/close.
•Be able to instruct group fitness classes.
•Be able to work onsite and assist the staff in working opening and closing shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience teaching group exercise classes with the ability to maintain a personal training client base.
• Able to work onsite and assist the staff in working opening and closing shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams and manage multiple responsibilities needed.
• Microsoft Office knowledge helpful.
• American College of Exercise (ACE) certification preferred.

Hi, my name is Zander. I am a Senior, and I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I am looking for a backup PCA to help out when my regular PCA can’t. You do not need to be trained to be a PCA, as I will provide all of the training you will need, as it is not that technical of a job. My PCA comes to my dorm every day to help me with certain tasks that I cannot complete in a timely manner.. You would come when my main PCA needs a day off or can’t make it that day for different reasons, and help me with the tasks that they would usually help me with on that day. Some of the tasks you would do daily are refilling water bottles, refilling humidifiers, and making a bed. Expect this to take 15 or 30 minutes out of your day. Then, on top of that, I also require assistance with bathing once a week. Expect that to take an hour once a week. This job comes with very flexible hours. I will tell you what day I would need you, and you would pick a time on that day that you would come. There is no set required time that you have to come each day. The rate for this job will be $13 an hour; however, you are usually not there longer than an hour, so it usually turns out to $13 per day.
