Indoor Mask Mandate in Effect at Augsburg

submitted by

All students, staff, and faculty are required to wear face coverings in indoor campus spaces, except when eating in dining areas or when in one’s own residential unit or individual office with the door closed. This applies to all U.S. Augsburg locations. (International Augsburg locations are following local protocols.) Masks or face coverings are not required outdoors.

Over the weekend of July 31-August 1, the regional case rates in both Hennepin and Ramsey counties moved to a “substantial” transmission rate (between 50 and 99.99 cases per 100,000 population over 7 days, as defined by the CDC). As a result, Augsburg reinstated the indoor face covering requirement, effective Tuesday, August 3.

PASU Board Application

submitted by

Welcome incoming first years and returning students! My name is Ilhan Ahmed and I’m the new president for the Pan-Afrikan Student Union. I believe I speak for everyone when I say the pandemic has robbed us of our college experiences and for some, it has taken much more than just an experience. PASU not only understands but is also prepared to assist our incoming first-year students and returning students in adjusting to this new life. With that being said, we’re looking for three passionate students who can help accomplish this goal. Event Coordinator, Treasurer, and First-Year Representative are the three positions available on the PASU board. Please fill out the PASU Board Application if you’re interested.
