$35 for desk and office chair

submitted by pancoasa@augsburg.edu

Gently used desk and chair for sale. I’m moving in about three weeks and don’t want to bring them with, so I’m hoping to sell them. The desk is from Menard’s and has a black finish and the chair is black as well. Something to note on the chair is there is a tear in the seat cushion, but it is not very big and doesn’t really have an effect on the chair. The approximate dimensions of the desk are 17.5 inches long, 28.75 inches high, and 29.75 inches wide. Please contact me at pancoasa@augsburg.edu with any questions/if you’re interested. Thank you!

This spider plant will bounce back with plenty of sunlight and and some water. These are excellent plants for clearing toxins from the air. My office does not receive enough light to keep it healthy.

It comes in a hot pink pot. You are also welcome to its two friends (other types of plants) who are otherwise headed to a compost bin.

Email Christy Mattingly at mattingl@augsburg.edu to arrange pick up in the library.

Help Destigmatize Students Using Food Shelves

submitted by nguyenj@augsburg.edu

Hello everyone,

In an effort to destigmatize the usage of food pantries and food shelves, particularly the one on campus, I’m looking for some students who would be interested in having their portrait taken and sharing their experience with either Campus Cupboard, food insecurity, hunger, or any other issue food-related.

The photos will be pieced together into a poster to show that food insecurity does not discriminate and that Augsburg students experience it too. You’ll also receive a digital copy of your picture.

Please email me at nguyenj@augsburg.edu if you’re interested and we can set up a day and time to do a quick shoot/informal interview.

Thanks!
